The 35-Inch Woven Hat Bamboo Wind Chime is made from natural material and has an organic-inspired style that will look beautiful in any outdoor setting. This elegant chime features hand-tuned, hand-carved bamboo tubes that hang from a 7-inch diameter "hat" made from hand-woven palm leaf. The hat is a replica of those worn by farmers throughout Southeast Asia. This chime is handmade in Bali and features a variety of tube lengths; each is repeatedly whittled and tapped to create the mellow, resonant sound typical of bamboo chimes. The tubes are varnished for outdoor protection, but it is best to bring them indoors in severe winter weather. 35 inches in length.

I have been searching in stores for about eight months for a bamboo windchime. When I didn't find ANYTHING, I decided to search online. The website has the audio sample. That is how I chose the chime that I purchased. It sounds EXACTLY like the website audio sample. I love the sound. It is calming and relaxing. It balances my other high pitched metal chimes. I will order again from you, I'm sure.

I just completed the fence for the Japanese garden I'm building,at the center of this fence is a space created specifically for a bamboo wind chime. When I saw yours, I thought it would be perfect. what I wasn't prepared for was the quality and beauty of this wind chime!
