This product hangs from the back of our 6 x 6 mailbox post. It is very attractive and we have received several compliments on it. The outer ring spins much less than the inner and it takes a good deal of breeze for the outer to spin. The description was not accurate: the box clearly states the product is nickel plated steel and is not chrome as is indicated by the company. Regardless, it looks nice and will hopefully provide years of spinning interest.

This was gift for our neighbor. She loved it and hung it right away. She has only had it up a week or so, but I expect that she is enjoying it, and will even more so when we have our windier season here (spring and summer). The product met expectations when it arrived.
