I bought this for my mom for Christmas. She loves it and says that when it does catch the wind, it moves very nicely but very rarely catches the wind. It is very beautiful and looks really nice. The metal is a little thin but it looks like it should hold up well. For the price, it's a great value and I would buy again. Makes a great gift for someone who has everything.
