      Attractive but not very loud. When it spins, the tubes spin also, which makes them fly out so it doesn't make contact until it slows down. For that reason, I may separate them and make a spinner and a chime. Not bad for the price.

          I put 2 of these spinners/chimes on the deck on the north side of the house. The spinners really don't spin. Nonetheless they are attractive. The chimes are very sensitive to breezes and are quite pleasant. They only been up for 2 weeks, so I don't know how ling they'll last.
