    bought this for my back porch to add to my wind spinner flags and other copper wind spinners. no matter where this is placed, this does nothing that you would say is a spin. sloppy movement. wouldn't spend two cents on this! small in size also.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
